The Ultra-Confident Somewhat interested technique

Here is a great technique for when leaving a bar or by yourself at a crowded bar.

First off, after making eye contact with a girl that's just arrived at a bar, get up as she approaches and offer her your table. Say you are welcome and take off towards the bar. 5 minutes later, come back and tell her that you are about to leave, but that you would like to have a drink with her tomorrow. Ask her how her schedule is like. Be flexible on the time, if she says she is busy at night, settle for happy hour or even lunch.

Once agreed upon a time and place (preferably the same bar you two met), tell her you will be there and tell her it was nice meeting her. She will probably ask you to take her number. Tell her you won't!

Why? She will ask.

Because if it was meant to be (smirk), you two will be there!

Wink and take off.

Be there the next day, on time. She will be late.

Take it from there. No need to rush. No need to push for the kiss or anything. Just sit back and relax, because now you know she wants you, and it is just a matter of time.

What works here?

First, you have the eye contact going, so you know there is some interest on her side.

Then you are being a gentleman by offering her your table, so you start off on her good side and with bonus points. Her friends will think likewise. Then you gave a few minutes for them to discuss you, you show up and get straight to the point: I want to have a drink with you the next day. The fact that you are leaving is what allows you to be curt. Then, by refusing to get her number, you are doing two things: 1) showing that you are confident she will show up you don't even care to check twice 2) you are not allowing her to change plans the next day. If you got her number, what would happen would be for you to call the next day to confirm, she would try to reschedule because she is not sure about you, you would then tell her that you are available anytime and screw yourself.

And how do you get away with this overdose of cockiness? “If it was meant to be, you'll be there.” Chicks eat that shit up like shrimp. Fate, astrology, destiny, the whole shbang.

Variations and detours:

She may not be able to see you the next day. What to do? Either push for a definite date the day after, or stay and have a drink with her. If you feel that she is only mildly interested, you can schedule something for the day after, at which point you will have to get her number. If you decide to stay, you can say that you can cancel your meeting with your buddies at some other bar and hang out with her if she invites you. This is the better option, since it gets her while she's hot. The only problem being that her friends will be there to interrupt. What to do? Call some buddies over and share the wealth.
