Go to the art gallery district, or in lack of that, plan a route where you get to see the most amount of galleries for the least amount of time.

Once you arrive there, you want to pass off as some one who not only likes the paintings but who can afford them. Hopefully your clothes should be doing this. But what I like to do is to drop a few hints like “I think that would look great for the lounge at my company.” or comment to your girl “do we have space for another painting?” But obviously, don't over do it. Don't bust “ I hope my helicopter knows where we are” at an effort to sound rich.
