Is this you?

Every time I use the “Is this you?” technique I get positive results. I manage to break any stuck up women's “bitch shield”, and get them to smile.

How does it work?

After getting dressed up, hit the bar or club, positioned yourself in the area with most women that are standing, you try to make some eye contact. If they are not looking around the room, not giving you a chance to zap them your interest, you may find yourself around a bunch of cold bitches, the type that think they are too good for anyone. In this scenario, your best bet is to go in for the “Is this you?” move.

You simply walk up to them, let them check you out first (don't sneak up from behind, that scares the hell out of them), then comment:

“Now, I know you are not always this serious...”

Or
“Why are you so serious?”

Or
“Where is that beautiful smile?”

Or any other variation of the question.

Now, this technique has never failed. I always get them to open up and smile and respond with “No, umm, was I ...Uh... heh heh”. I would imagine that if they respond with “piss off jerk” type response, you might as well go (or maybe guilt them with the Reverse Tractor Beam).

But if they smile or laugh, you are in. Follow up with positive comment about the club, music, drinks, her clothes, the Cubs, or anything that would be a good reason for her to be happy (leave the bitching about stuff for later).
