Why is there a sexual bond between young men and older women?

I asked a psychologist's friend of mine and this is what she told me:

Young men like to fuck like rabbits. You know, oink oink oink at 120 mph. Older men don't. They like 20 mph. Older women, conversely, like the speed young men fuck; they need it to reach an orgasm, since they are not as sensitive as they once where.

What's more, when an older woman is with a younger man, she feels younger, she remembers her youth and appreciates the body and mind of young guys: less wrinkles than older men, less problems and psychological baggage. The whole experience makes them feel “like a virgin” again.

Where do I find these women?

They are everywhere. When they do go out, you can find them in bars, clubs, restaurants, movie theatres and cocktail lounges and piano bars.

Art galleries and supermarkets are probably the best. A place I have been frequenting on Tuesdays is the cocktail lounge at the Marriott. There you find the business type women. Those are a little harder to hit on, but can easily lead to a one-night stand.
