Any where else

There are two ways to play this scenario out:

1) You take her to another bar, lounge or club. This is the ideal one since it will guarantee that you two are now on a date and that no one else is going to interrupt you.

2) You two go to some corner, patio, balcony, nook or private area of the bar or club you are at.

3) You invite her to share a bottle of wine by the beach, park, lake, river or hilltop.

Of course, this isn't to say that you may first take her to another part of the bar to sit down on the couch, make out and then take her to another place.

For scenario one, my personal approach is:

“This place is too [insert complaint here: loud, smelly, obnoxious, lame etc], let's blow this joint: I know this one cute little lounge that's open till 5am!”

If they have been with you for at least an hour talking and you are getting along socially and physically, they won't say no.

If number one isn't possible, then strive for number two: bust out a

“Let's go get some drinks”

Or
“Do you want to go out for some fresh air?”

This should help distance her from her friends while making it seem like you two are together. If she explicitly does not want to leave her friends, move just far enough from her friends for them to be in sight while far enough for them not to over hear your conversation.
