How many women should you hit on each night you want to hook up?

What I always tell my friends is that you have to hit on 10 women before finding the one that wants to hook up.

Why 10? Why some many? Why such a round number?

The reason I tell them ten is not because I want to discourage them. It's because that should be your mentality while out on the scene. In sales, there is a rule called “1 out of 10”. It states that for every 10 customers a sales clerk attends to, one will buy the product. So whenever a sales person sees a customer walking in to their store, they see 10% of a commission walking in.

The same applies to meeting women. The tenth one WILL bite. Believe me. If you don't get lucky by the tenth woman, it's because you miss counted.

So when you hit on chick number one and she rejects you, don't get upset. You are getting closer to hooking up. Just hit on nine more women and you'll be oinking that night.

When you get rejected by chick number nine, don't lose hope, the next one you hit on is the one to go back home with you.

It is just like one of Murphy's laws that states that if you have ten keys and you are trying to unlock a door in the dark, the one that does it is the tenth one.

Question: Is it easy to hit on ten women?

Answer: No, but you should strive for that anyway if you want to hook up. And it does become easier if you don't take rejection personally, and you shouldn't.

Question: Do the numbers roll over to the next time you go out? As in, if I hit on six women tonight, do I then just need to hit on four more next time?

Answer: You wish. You get to start from scratch again, boy.

Question: What if the sixth girl tells me she wants to go back to my place?

Answer: Tell her to piss off, cause you are trying to get to the tenth chick. Just joking.
